Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us here. Our full shipping policy can be found here.

What shipping options do you provide?

We offer several shipping options to accommodate our customers' needs, including standard, expedited, and international shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout based on the weight of your order, your location, and your preferred shipping method.

Large orders or heavy items (over 272 kg) may require freight shipping. Freight shipping fees are subject to change after your oder is placed. Freight delivery times and costs will be quoted separately and confirmed with you before your order is fully processed.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress online.

You will be provided with the tracking link and updates via email after purchase.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the product, your location, and the shipping method selected. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5-10 business days within Canada, and potentially longer for international orders.

Returns and Refunds

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, unused items may be returned within 60 days of purchase, with prior authorization from NorthStar Industries. Once a restock number is issued, products must be returned within 30 days at the customer’s expense.

Returns made outside this window may not be eligible for credit or refund.

Returned items must be in resalable condition. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns ($200 minimum). Credit will be issued only to the billing party listed on the original invoice. Our full refund policy can be found here.

NorthStar Industries is committed to supporting our customers. Reasonable restock requests will not be denied without due consideration.

How do I start a return?

Please submits a return request to NorthStar Industries at info@northstarindustries.ca.  Our customer service team will review your request and respond accordingly. 

If approved, the customer must ship the items back to our warehouse at their own expense. Upon receipt, items are inspected for resalable condition. A credit will then be issued to the billing party on the original invoice.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-10 days of Northstar receiving the product. Funds may take up to 7 days to appear back on your credit card or original payment method.
