At NorthStar Industries, we take immense pride in our role within the community and our commitment to delivering exceptional infrastructure solutions. Today, we are happy to announce the installation of the final grate in the Waste Management Garage Facility located in Kitchener, Ontario. This facility is set to house an array of large-sized and heavy equipment, as well as trucks that are vital for efficient environmental management operations.
For this project, we supplied a total of 57 meters of our ANRIN KE200 Trench Drain system, meticulously spread over three separate runs, complete with strategically positioned Catch Basins. This design not only facilitates optimal drainage but also ensures that water is efficiently channeled away from critical operational areas, reducing the risk of pooling and enhancing safety on-site.
To ensure the highest standards of durability and performance, we paired the trench drain system with Ductile Iron Grating. This combination is designed specifically for demanding environments, ensuring long-lasting functionality and the robust strength required to withstand the heavy loads and wear that such a facility will face.
Our involvement went beyond just supplying materials. Our team played an instrumental role in the design and specification process of the trench drain system, ensuring that every detail was tailored to fit the unique needs of this project. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver projects On Time In Full (OTIF), and this project was no exception. Thanks to our Canadian local warehousing and extensive inventory, we effectively minimized wait times for products, allowing us to meet our deadlines seamlessly.
As the site undergoes its final cleanup in preparation for launch, we were excited to capture some moments of this transformative journey before it becomes bustling with activity. The photos taken today showcase the meticulous work that has gone into making this facility a reality.
